Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between QyroTech LTD and our clients for the provision of website development, maintenance, and hosting services.
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide:
- Website development
- Website maintenance
- Website hosting (where agreed)
- Website performance tracking using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
The specific scope of work will be detailed in individual agreements with each client.
Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly, based on an agreed performance metric, which may include:
- Website views
- Sales
- Sign-ups
- Other metrics, as defined in your client agreement
- Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal
- First invoice is due one month after project commencement, with ongoing monthly payments thereafter
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
Ownership and Intellectual Property
- You own all content you provide, including images (unless supplied by QyroTech LTD) and written material
- QyroTech LTD retains ownership of all code, software, development tools, and technical infrastructure
- The overall website is considered shared intellectual property with ownership divided as above
- You may not reuse or copy our proprietary tools, templates, or code for other purposes without written consent
Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We use Microsoft 365, HostEurope, and other platforms to store and process client data.
Clients are responsible for ensuring content they provide complies with data protection laws.
Service Limitations & Liability
- We are not liable for downtime, performance issues, or data loss caused by third-party services, including hosting providers, Microsoft 365, analytics platforms, or payment processors
- We will use reasonable care and skill in delivering services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation
- Our liability for direct losses is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Termination
- You may terminate services at any time with written notice
- We may terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of services
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy
Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time

- Communicated directly to clients via email
- A copy will be provided to clients upon request
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, England, and Wales.
Disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland, England, or Wales.
